Welsh Women World Cup qualifiers and a love letter for Ashley Williams

We find out who’s who in the Wales women’s squad ahead of their World Cup qualifier in Kazakhstan.

We also meet the grassroots heroes of Welsh football and the FAW Community awards.

And you guys strip away that hardened Welsh, manly exterior to show us how much you love the skipper – Captain Fantastic, Ashley Williams.

We’re back with season’s hopes and dreams and love for Joe Ledley

We’re back for the brand new season with a new look, new features and the same crusty old presenters.

Another thing that hasn’t changed though is our approach. We are still Welsh football first and foremost from the national side at the top, right down to the grass roots.

In our first show back we talk season hopes and dreams with Merthyr Town and Newport County fans at their pre-season friendly. We shake our heads at two idiots who decided to run seven marathons in seven days, all for charity. And we show a little bit of love for everyone’s favourite kinky dancing footballer, Joe Ledley.

The Great Escape, more grass roots and ‘Toss like Gareth’

We were at Newport County to see if they could pull off the Great Escape for the second time.

An amazing afternoon at Rodney Parade and our programme brings you all the drama.

Not only that but we continue our look at grass roots football with a trip to Dinas Powys, and we have another fantastic Blowing Their Barry Horns.

Episode 20: Lee Trundle hat trick, goal machine Helen Ward, and Coleman’s squad for Ireland

In this week’s show EatSleepFootyRepeat have been at Llanelli Town AFC watching ex-Swansea City FC star Lee Trundle score another hat trick! Plus, they’ve been talking goals with Helen Ward, and there’s Chris Coleman’s squad announcement.

Episode 18: Chris Coleman, Ton Pentre and the Welsh Women’s League Cup Final

“We want to be the first Welsh Premier League side from the Rhondda.”

This week the boys at EatSleepFootyRepeat are at a very wet Ton Pentre AFC for a special night with Chris Coleman and Kit Symons, as well as checking out the Welsh Premier Women’s League Cup Final won by Cardiff Met LFC.

PODCAST: We talk Futsal, dual nationality and Widow Twanky

Before we were a pokey internet programme on Welsh football we were a pokey podcast.

Lauro and Alex return to their audio roots with a good old chat at the UEFA Futsal European qualifiers. On the agenda was dual nationality players, a great chat with the owner and Chairman of the News Saints, Mike Harris, and the return of our much-missed feature Wales Watch, featuring Tom Lawrence, Gareth Bale and the Wales U21s all feature.
